Biography
Aaron E. Chiou (pronouns: he/him/his) is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Biomedical Data Science and a T32 Fellow in the Stanford Cancer Imaging Training Program. His research with Dr. Sylvia Plevritis focuses on characterizing the tumor microenvironment during lung cancer progression using quantitative imaging and computational analysis. Aaron earned his Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and his Sc.B. in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University. Outside of research, Aaron enjoys petting dogs, reading, running, rock climbing, and crocheting.
